en collaboration avec offers human-centered professional & creative consulting to help businesses, nonprofits and individuals execute project visions. Specifically, we support founders, intimate teams, and independent artists and creatives with building the systems and structures needed to take projects from vision to reality.

Hi, I’m Lily (she/they)!

I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Salesforce Administrator with nearly a decade of professional experience in community based work, operations, technology and problem solving. I’m also a lifelong writer,  creative and design enthusiast.

At en collaboration avec, I am operationalizing one of my biggest truths:

Whether we feel seen, valued and heard within our work determines whether or not the work feels worth doing. In my world and in this work, putting people first is a non-negotiable.

Equally essential to the work’s identity is its project-based nature, which allows me to honor my clients’ visions, offer the support needed to actualize them, and create enduring structures to help collaborators step into their power and continue the work independently. My hope is that our work together will not only accomplish the goal, but also provide lasting benefits through the cultivation of new tools and ways of thinking.

Here, I am holding space for people to be creative, to clarify their visions, to create realistic action plans, and to actualize their dreams. 

While en collaboration avec makes space for people to show up as their full selves, it supports me in the same way by providing an expansive space to explore any and all projects that feel aligned. Through this work, I favor dynamism over a singular speciality, and make space for my own wholeness, balance and fulfillment.
