The Challenge
A startup in the workforce development space was preparing to launch a new program and needed a CRM solution that could track participant data, streamline enrollment, and enable clear, accurate reporting. With a fast-approaching go-live date, the team required both technical development and hands-on support to ensure a smooth rollout and long-term adoption of Salesforce.
The Solution

Implementation of automation flows that seamlessly guided users, captured data and reduced manual tracking through stages of the enrollment and engagement process
Creation of custom reporting functionality, enabling tracking on case management activity, employment outcomes, curriculum completions, and demographic metrics
Guided data centralization and import, including providing templates and supporting cleanup processes for legacy data
Power user and team training, including process documentation, video tutorials, and dedicated one-on-one and group support sessions
The Impact
By the established go-live date, Salesforce was live and tailored to meet the team’s real-world needs. Application data flowed in cleanly, automation reduced administrative overhead, and staff had the tools and confidence to manage the system effectively.
